YOUR WEDDING DAY
The day of your wedding has arrived! Our staff will have our tables and chairs in place, so your vendors can go ahead and set up!
PARTY!
Enter your reception with the tables and chairs flipped by our staff so everything is ready for you to celebrate. Cue the music – it’s party time!
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
At the end of the night, your coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all your belongings and decorations are packed up and the trash is taken out. Our staff will take care of the cleaning and the breakdown of our tables and chairs.

Wedding Rates
Our pricing ranges from $250 to $400 Hourly

Three different event duration options
(5 hours, 7 hours, or 10 hours) - 80 white padded folding chairs
- Ten (10) 60-inch round tables
- Eight (8) 6-foot rectangular tables
- Onsite, remote, and street parking for guests
- Use of our new audio system and projector
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your event ($250 value)
- Two wedding party suites
- Use of our lobby and porch
- 1 hour bridal portrait or engagement session ($250 value)

- Setup, breakdown, and (if needed) room flip of our tables & chairs
- Onsite manager for building-related needs
- Caterer's prep kitchenette
- Unlimited walkthroughs with loved ones and vendors

Renter Responsibilities
In addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:
Alcohol
If you choose to serve alcohol, you are responsible for hiring a licensed and insured bartender.
Event insurance
For every event, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your wedding.
