We provide the space, tables, chairs, and audio and visual systems. Make it a night to remember as you entertain your friends in our white brick venue!
Our pricing ranges from $200 to $400 per hour depending on the time of the year.
For large community gatherings, in addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:
If you choose to serve alcohol, you are responsible for hiring a licensed and insured bartender.
For every event, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your event.
You are responsible for a security fee for all events with a scheduled end time of 10pm or later.
You are responsible for a pet fee (dogs only allowed) for each individual pet brought into the venue.
For large community gatherings, you might be interested in:
Add additional hours (for rehearsal, decorating, etc.).
Our private suites can be used for anything! Add on starting at $150 per room.
Add linens, an arch, and/or cocktail tables. Prices vary depending on choice.
