The Durham Exchange is the perfect space for your upcoming class, seminar, or event.
Whether it’s a paint night, yoga class, Zumba workout group, or other event that requires studio space, The Durham Exchange is ready to host it!
We provide the space, tables and chairs if needed, and audio and visual systems.
Studio space rental RATES
Our pricing is $150 per hour
VENUE ROOM
- 80 white padded folding chairs
- Tables as needed
- Use of our new audio system, projector, and wireless microphones
CONFERENCE SUITES
- Two (2) conference suites available (seat 8-10 comfortably)
- Use of our whiteboard and television
- Perfect for smaller, private meetings
5-10 hour event RATES
Our pricing ranges from $750 to $3,500 depending on the time of year

Three different event duration options
(5 hours, 7 hours, or 10 hours) - 80 white padded folding chairs
- Ten (10) 60-inch round tables
- Twelve (12) 6-foot rectangular tables
- Two (2) 4-foot rectangular tables
- Use of our new audio system, projector, and wireless microphones
- 1-hour rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your event ($250 value)
- Access to two private suites (optional/additional)
- Use of our lobby, porch, and multi-purpose room

($800 value) - Onsite, remote, and street parking for guests
- Time to set up, decorate, clean up, and break down for your event occurs within your purchased timeframe

Renter Responsibilities
For large events, in addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:
Alcohol
If you choose to serve alcohol, you are responsible for hiring a licensed and insured bartender.
Event insurance
For every event, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your event.
PET & SECURITY insurance
You are responsible for a security fee for all events with a scheduled end time of 10pm or later.
You are responsible for a pet fee (dogs only allowed) for each individual pet brought into the venue.

For large events, you might be interested in:
EXTRA VENUE HOURS
$150-350 for additional hours (for rehearsal, decorating, etc.) depending on time of year.
PRIVATE SUITES
Our private suites can be used for anything! Add on starting at $150 per room.
ACCESSORIES
Add linens, an arch, and/or cocktail tables for $100-250 depending on choice.
