We are fully equipped with sound equipment, a projector, lighting, and space for your audience! Our tables and chairs are included in your rental. We would love for you to host your next speaking event with us!
Our brick walls make for a versatile backdrop, and our main venue space accommodates up to 80 seated guests. Utilize all of our available space by having breakout sessions in our two other conference rooms, or providing a food spread in our lobby!
Our pricing ranges from $200 – $400 per hour depending on the time of the year.
For speaking events, in addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:
If you choose to serve alcohol, you are responsible for hiring a licensed and insured bartender.
For every event, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your wedding.
You are responsible for a security fee for all events with a scheduled end time of 10pm or later.
You are responsible for a pet fee (dogs only allowed) for each individual pet brought into the venue.

Our private suites can be used for anything! Add on starting at $150 per room.
Add linens, an arch, and/or cocktail tables. Prices vary depending on choice.
