Our office is within walking distance to Hi-Wire Brewing, PonySaurus Brewing, and Bull City Ciderworks. The Durham Bulls Athletic Park is only a five-minute drive away.

Some of our favorite restaurants are within two miles of our location, including Tobacco Road Sports Cafe, Beyu Cafe, Geer Street Garden, and El Rodeo. 

We’re convenient for those from out of town, too! Blooming Garden Inn Bed and Breakfast is a five-minute walk from our front door, and the Durham Hotel, Omni Hotels & Resorts, and Unscripted Durham are all within a mile of our building.

East End Park and Long Meadow Park are right around the corner from our red brick building. After another five-minute drive you can find yourself at the Durham Performing Arts Center and the Durham County Courthouse!

All tenants have use of our break room, equipped with a refrigerator, sink, counter space, microwave, and toaster oven. We offer free parking spots for tenants’ visitors, and street parking is available around the building.
