Bring your favorite vendors and plan for whatever theme your heart desires! Our historic red brick beauty of a building is a truly blank canvas ready for your transformation.

YOUR WEDDING DAY
The day of your wedding has arrived! Our staff will have our tables and chairs in place, so your vendors can go ahead and set up!
PARTY!
During your cocktail hour, our on-site managers will flip the tables and chairs, while your coordinator decorates. Cue the music – it’s party time!
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
At the end of the night, your coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all your belongings and decorations are packed up and the trash is taken out. Our staff will take care of the cleaning and the breakdown of our tables and chairs.

Wedding Rates
Our pricing ranges from $300 to $500 Hourly

Three different event duration options
(5 hours, 7 hours, or 10 hours) - 80 white padded folding chairs
- Ten (10) 60-inch round tables
- Eight (8) 6-foot rectangular tables
- Onsite, remote, and street parking for guests
- Payment plans
- Use of our new audio system, projector, and wireless microphones
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your event
- Two wedding party suites
- Use of our lobby and porch

Market lights strung in main venue space

- Setup, breakdown, and (if needed) room flip of our tables & chairs
- Onsite manager for building-related needs
- Caterer's prep kitchenette
- Unlimited walkthroughs with loved ones and vendors

Renter Responsibilities
In addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:
Alcohol
If you are having alcohol served, a licensed and insured bartender is required.
Event insurance
You are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your wedding.
Day-of coordinator
We require that you have a day-of wedding coordinator – see our FAQs.
PET & SECURITY insurance
You are responsible for a security fee for all weddings with a scheduled end time of 10pm or later.
You are responsible for a pet fee (dogs only allowed) for each individual pet brought into the venue.
