Our tables and chairs are included in your rental. We would love for you to host your next speaking event with us!

Our brick walls make for a versatile backdrop, and our venue spaces can accommodate up to 160 seated and 175 standing guests.

Speaking EVENT Venue RATES

Our pricing ranges from $200 to $500 hourly, depending on time of year.

  • Capacity options up to 160 seated guests
  • Three different event duration options
    (5 hours, 7 hours, or 10 hours)
  • White padded folding chairs
  • 60-inch round tables
  • 6-foot rectangular tables
  • Use of our new audio system, projector, and wireless microphones
  • 1-hour rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your event
  • Access to two private suites (optional/additional)
  • Use of our lobby, porch, and multi-purpose room
  • Market lights strung in main venue space ($800 value)
  • Onsite, remote, and street parking for guests
  • Time to set up, decorate, clean up, and break down for your event occurs within your purchased timeframe
  • Onsite manager for building-related needs
  • Caterer's prep kitchenette
  • Unlimited walkthroughs with vendors

Renter Responsibilities

For corporate events only, in addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:

Alcohol

If you choose to serve alcohol, you are responsible for hiring a licensed and insured bartender.

Event insurance

For every event, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your event.

PET & SECURITY insurance

You are responsible for a security fee for all events with a scheduled end time of 10pm or later.

You are responsible for a pet fee (dogs only allowed) for each individual pet brought into the venue.

EXTRA VENUE HOURS

Add additional hours (for rehearsal, decorating, etc.).

PRIVATE SUITES

Our private suites can be used for anything! Add on starting at $150 per room.

ACCESSORIES

Add linens, an arch, cocktail tables, and/or an 86in 4k UHD LED Smart TV with a mobile TV cart. Prices vary depending on choice.
