Our pricing ranges from $200 to $400 hourly depending on time of year.

(5 hours, 7 hours, or 10 hours) - 80 white padded folding chairs

- Use of our new audio system, projector, and wireless microphones

- 1-hour rehearsal 1-2 days prior to your event

BUSINESS MEETING RATES

Renter Responsibilities
For corporate events only, in addition to our rental fee, you are responsible for:
Alcohol
If you choose to serve alcohol, you are responsible for hiring a licensed and insured bartender.
Event insurance
For every event, you are responsible for purchasing event insurance for the day of your event.
PET & SECURITY insurance
You are responsible for a security fee for all events with a scheduled end time of 10pm or later.
You are responsible for a pet fee (dogs only allowed) for each individual pet brought into the venue.
